3.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account with meg88. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances. If we detect duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to void all bets, withhold withdrawals, and take appropriate action.

3.5 Employment Restrictions

Employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates of meg88, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to create Accounts or use our Services unless explicitly authorized in writing.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To use meg88 Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. Required information typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred password.

You agree to provide genuine and verifiable information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

meg88 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We employ Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures that may require you to submit identity documentation including government-issued identification (passport, national ID card, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and payment method verification.

We reserve the right to request verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account information with any third party. You agree to notify meg88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

meg88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

Upon Account closure, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the closure results from your violation of these terms.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

meg88 accepts deposits through various payment methods including major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000, and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to reject deposits from unverified sources or to return such funds to the source.

Funds deposited into your Account are held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion may apply for certain payment methods, and you are responsible for any conversion fees charged by your financial institution.

meg88 does not charge fees for most deposit methods. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to verification requirements and any applicable bonus wagering conditions. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. Bank transfers to Indonesian accounts typically process within 15 minutes to 24 hours during business days. E-wallet withdrawals generally process within 1-4 hours. First-time withdrawals may take longer due to KYC verification requirements.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation.

Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your Account status and verification level. VIP Users may enjoy higher withdrawal limits and priority processing.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

meg88 maintains strict anti-money laundering policies in compliance with international standards. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering activities will be immediately suspended, and funds may be frozen pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

meg88 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted.

Bonus Abuse: meg88 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and other forms of bonus manipulation will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and potentially Account closure.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional terms are provided separately for each offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on meg88 are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your bet before confirmation.

In the event of obvious errors in odds, results, or other betting information, meg88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This includes palpable errors where odds were clearly incorrect due to technical glitches or human error.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are subject to specific rules governing different sports, bet types, and events. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of each sport. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, specific rules apply depending on the sport and bet type.

7.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds:

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
